Zabajone con Marsala (200g)

Mongetto Zabaione con Marsala is an Italian dessert made from egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala wine, whipped together over a water bath until it becomes a warm, frothy, custard-like cream.  It makes a delicious sauce or topping for fresh fruit like berries or mangoes, or can be enjoyed with cookies like biscotti or ladyfingers.  Zabaione can also be used as an ingredient in other desserts or as a flavor for gelato.
