Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with everything in your box. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right — with a refund, store credit, replacement, or exchange. Please see below for details.
Perishable Items
Because cheese, charcuterie, and other fresh foods are perishable, we are unable to accept returns of perishable products. If your order arrives damaged, warm, or otherwise not as it should be, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@cheesestorebh.com or (800) 547-1515 and we will take care of it with a refund, store credit, or replacement. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items (such as accessories, boards, and pantry goods in unopened packaging) may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an eligible item, please email customer service at orders@cheesestorebh.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable products, including cheese, charcuterie, and fresh foods (we will refund or replace these if there is a problem — see Perishable Items above)
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
