The inside is soft, creamy and delicious. Valencay Frais Cendre comes from the Loire Valley region, it is shaped like a shaved pyramid, and aged for about 3 weeks - making it a young, fresh cheese.
The flavor of this goat cheese with ash is mild and nutty.
