Salers is a traditional French semi-hard cheese from the Auvergne region made from unpasteurized cow's milk, typically from cows grazing on mountain pastures between April 15 and November 15. It is a pressed, uncooked cheese that is aged in caves and can have a range of flavors including nutty, creamy, and herbaceous aroma with notes of grass and hay. Its taste is often described as savory with a strong, raw-onion bite.

Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
Ordered several cheeses from them and the wrong items were delivered. Contacted the store and they recognized the error and immediately sent the correct order the next day without any fuss. Really appreciate the promptness and professionalism.
