Sheringham Rhubarb Liqueur is a British Columbia-based, 25% ABV gin liqueur made from a classic gin base with premium rhubarb grown in British Columbia, star anise, and lemon skins. It has a balanced flavor profile with tart, sweet, and subtly vegetal notes, and can be enjoyed on its own or in cocktails.  Because of its versatility, try it neat, on the rocks, or mixed with ingredients like club soda, prosecco, or other cocktails.
