Alpex Cola Zero is made by Fonte Plose, the family company based in Bressanone, in South Tyrol, whose story began in 1952 when Giuseppe Fellin carried the first bottle of Plose water down from Mount Plose. That spring sits 1,870 meters up in the Dolomites, near the Puez nature park, and its water is the base of this cola. Alpex is Plose's own Italian cola, made to an original recipe with selected natural flavorings, and the Zero version is made with no sugar and no aspartame. It comes in a 250 ml glass bottle, the only way Plose bottles its drinks.

Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
