Pastificio Di Martino Linguine is a long, flat pasta with a firm bite and a rough, porous surface that holds sauce beautifully. Di Martino is a family company in Gragnano, a hill town near Naples in Campania, where Giuseppe Di Martino founded his pasta factory in 1912. Gragnano's dried pasta has been protected in the European Union as Pasta di Gragnano IGP since 2013. The ingredients are only 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and local water, and the pasta is known for its slow, low-temperature drying.

Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
