P.M Spirits Blanco Tequila (700ml)

A collaborative project between Brooklyn-based importer PM Spirits and distiller Jose Luis Gutierrez, made from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave at NOM 1468, Grupo Tequilero Mexico. The agave is cooked in a traditional brick oven, extracted with a roller mill, double-distilled in copper pot stills, and rested for 15 days in bourbon casks before bottling — with no additives. Agave here averages around six years old, harvested at 35 Brix for full ripeness. The result is smooth and agave-forward, with notes of ripe lime, toasted coconut, sweet herbs, and whole peppercorn — clean, characterful, and equally suited to sipping or cocktails.
