OG Ghoast

OG Ghost is an artisanal Belgian, aged goat's milk Gouda characterized by its sweet, creamy texture with caramel and butterscotch notes.  What makes it even more creamy is the addition of fresh cow's milk cream for an even richer flavor.  It's typically aged for about 24 months.  Try pairing it with a sweet condiment.  Its also great shaved in salads!
