O-Med Yuzu Vinegar (250mL)

O-Med Yuzu Vinegar is a French-style vinegar made in Spain by infusing Chardonnay white wine vinegar with Japanese yuzu fruit.  It has a bright, aromatic citrus flavor with notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, and is versatile enough for salad dressings, marinades, or to finish dishes like seafood, grilled vegetables, or even cocktails.
