Midnight Moon Goat Gouda

Midnight Moon is an aged, hard, pasteurized goat cheese, similar to a Gouda, that is produced in the Netherlands exclusively for Cypress Grove Creamery. It is aged for at least six months, resulting in a pale ivory paste with a dense, smooth texture and a slight crunch. The flavor is described as nutty, brown buttery, and caramel-like with a long finish.
