Shoyu is the Japanese word for soy sauce, referring specifically to the traditional Japanese style of soy sauce. This Shoyu contains barley and wheat grown in Tuscany making it very rare and extra flavorful. Shoyu is generally thinner and clearer than many other types of soy sauce.
