Graffeo dark roast coffee is a specific, smooth, rich and full-body dark roast blend from the historic San Francisco-based Graffeo Coffee Roastery, founded in 1935. It features a blend of premium beans from Colombia, Costa Rica, Tarrazu, and Papua New Guinea, which is roasted using a unique fluid bed hot air roaster, which roasts beans with warm air instead of hot metal for faster, more uniform temperatures and to minimize the possibility of burning. It is a deep, rich, and balanced dark roast, with some finding it less bitter than other dark roasts due to the roasting process. These are whole beans not ground.

Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
