Join the Beverage team at The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills for an intimate evening devoted to Chardonnay in its most celebrated form. Golden Hour explores white Burgundy through two flights drawn from the region’s most famous appellations: first, the cool, mineral-driven wines of Chablis, shaped by ancient limestone soils and a crisp northern climate, then the richer, more layered expressions of the Côte de Beaune, home to some of the most revered white wine villages in the world.
Our team will guide you through each pour, and every flight is paired with its own selection of cheeses, ten in all, chosen to highlight how terroir, texture, and age bring out different sides of the same grape. The evening concludes with a main course prepared by our chefs, designed to complement the wines and round out the experience.
