Fresh Black Truffles – Tuber Uncinatum (Burgundy Truffle)
An exquisite rarity of the autumn harvest, our Tuber Uncinatum truffles are gathered by hand at the height of their season and delivered to you at peak aromatic perfection. Distinguished by a deeply textured, coal-black exterior and a luxuriously marbled interior of warm chocolate and hazelnut hues, this truffle offers a refined bouquet — layered notes of toasted hazelnut, rich cocoa, and forest earth, with a subtlety that lends itself to the most discerning palates.
Revered by chefs for its elegant restraint, the Burgundy truffle elevates a dish without overwhelming it — shaved tableside over silken risotto, folded into a delicate beurre blanc, or finished atop a soft-scrambled egg for an experience of quiet indulgence. Each truffle is sourced from trusted growers and shipped with meticulous care to ensure it arrives as nature intended: fragrant, pristine, and ready to transform any occasion into something extraordinary.
Real reviews from The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills Google Business Profile. Curated by Dom and his team since 1967.
Domenico and his team are fantastic. I’m a chef and I often get my supplies from The Cheese Store — unique products, carefully selected, from top Italian and French cheeses to excellent local ones.
Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
Ordered several cheeses from them and the wrong items were delivered. Contacted the store and they recognized the error and immediately sent the correct order the next day without any fuss. Really appreciate the promptness and professionalism.
