Fleur Verte Herbs (Chevrefeuille)

This mild, creamy goat's milk cheese comes from Perigord, France and is covered in tarragon, thyme, and pink peppercorn.  There is a subtle tanginess that lingers on the pallet, invigorating the senses with each bite.
