Fettucce, also known as Fettuccine, is a type of pasta. It's a long, flat, ribbon-shaped pasta, similar to tagliatelle but slightly wider. The name "fettuccine" literally translates to "little ribbons" in Italian.  It's a popular pasta shape, especially in Roman cuisine, and is often paired with rich sauces like Alfredo or meat-based ragu.
