Edmond Fallot Burgundy Mustard is a bold, tangy mustard with a clean, balanced heat, made by one of France's most respected mustard houses. La Moutarderie Fallot, in the heart of Burgundy in Beaune, is the last independent, family-run mustard mill in the region. Founded in 1840, it has been family-run since 1928 and is led today by Edmond Fallot's grandson. The mill still grinds its seeds between stone wheels, a slower, cooler method that keeps the seeds from overheating and preserves their flavor. Spread it on sandwiches and charcuterie, whisk it into vinaigrettes and pan sauces, or use it to coat roasts and flavor marinades.

Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
