Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard with Tarragon is a flavored, artisanal Dijon mustard made by the traditional French company Fallot, located in Beaune, Burgundy. It combines the classic, piquant flavor of their stone-ground Dijon mustard with the sweet, anise-like flavor of fresh tarragon leaves.  Fallot maintains traditional techniques, including grinding the mustard seeds with millstones, which helps to preserve the full flavor of the seeds.  The addition of fresh tarragon gives the mustard a vibrant, deep green color.  It has a smooth and creamy texture, making it easy to use as a condiment or as an ingredient in sauces.
