Comté 24 month

Comté is a hard, French cheese known for its complex and evolving flavors that deepen with age. It's made from raw cow's milk in the Jura region of France and can be aged for periods ranging from months to years.   As Comté ages, its flavors become richer and more complex. Younger wheels (4-12 months) may have fruity and lactic notes, while older wheels (18-36 months) develop nutty, caramel, and butterscotch flavors.
