Coeur Aux Fleurs, heart shaped (170g)

Coeur Aux Fleurs is a soft, artisan French goat cheese, literally translating to "Heart with Flowers". It is made by Fromagerie Jacquin in the Center-Val de Loire region of France.  The cheese is distinguished by its rind, which is covered in a vibrant array of dried, edible flowers, including rose petals, cornflowers, and marigolds.  It offers a sweet flavor with tangy, lactic, and fresh grassy notes, complemented by the delicate, aromatic, and herbaceous lift from the edible flowers. The aroma is distinctly goaty with a floral touch.
