Cenatiempo Biancolella Ischia DOC 2024 comes from Pasquale Cenatiempo's biodynamically farmed vineyards on the volcanic island of Ischia, with fruit grown across Serrara Fontana, Forio, and Barano at elevations between 50 and 300 meters. Made entirely from Biancolella, the island's native white grape, it's cool-fermented in cement and rested briefly on its lees before a short bottling rest. The result is a pale straw-colored white with notes of citrus, white flowers, and sea spray, carrying bright acidity, salinity, and a mineral edge from the volcanic soil — a natural pairing for seafood and coastal Mediterranean fare.
