Capriole Tea Rose is a fresh, bright, tangy, floral, herbaceous, with hints of citrus and grass(chevre) from Greenville, Indiana's Capriole Goat Cheese.  Named after a beloved goat, it features a delicate paste infused with aromatic herbs, rose petals, and fennel pollen, evoking spring with floral, grassy notes. It's hand-ladled, vacuum-packaged, and known for its beautiful presentation and pairing with floral honeys, light white wines, and teas.
