BroVo Orange Curacao (750ml)
Made by BroVo Spirits, a craft distillery in Seattle founded in 2011, known for building its liqueurs the old-fashioned way rather than compounding flavor from concentrates. This curaçao was developed with bartender Laurent Lebec of Chicago's Big Star, purpose-built for the margarita but versatile enough for any classic calling for orange liqueur — Sidecars, Cosmopolitans, and beyond. It's made by adding a blend of white rum, vodka, and two-year French brandy to tanks with three distinct dried orange peels: sweet California oranges, bitter Laranja oranges from Curaçao, and Seville oranges from Spain. The layered citrus sourcing gives it real depth and a true bittersweet character, with all natural flavor and color and no additives — a more textured, craft alternative to the mass-market triple secs most bars default to.
