Cultured raspberry butter from Maison Bordier in Noyal-sur-Vilaine, Brittany, hand-churned in the traditional Breton way with a wooden malaxeur. Silky and spreadable, it carries the highest butterfat you'll find in a European butter and folds fresh raspberry right into that cultured-cream base. On the palate it opens sweet-tart and fruit-forward, then the raspberry fades and leaves the rich, lactic butter behind, clean and long. Bordier hand-churns their butter which pulls in more natural culture and gives it that yogurty tang under the fruit. Come on down and grab a tub; slather it on warm brioche or a baguette, or fold a knob into a pan sauce over seared duck or scallops and watch what happens.
Soft, spreadable cultured butter, silky on the knife and quick to melt on warm bread.
Bright raspberry fruit up front over a rich cultured-cream base, sweet-tart and pronounced without ever tipping into candy.
Fruit fades first and leaves the cultured butter behind on the palate for a good half minute, clean and creamy.
Deeply lactic and cultured, all the fresh-cream and yogurty tang you expect from a Bordier butter.
No nutty character here; the profile is fruit and cream.
Not an earthy butter; the raspberry keeps everything bright and fruit-forward.
No heat or piquancy; the fruit reads sweet-tart, not spicy.
None rind
No rind, this is a fresh cultured butter.
Raspberry Butter stands on its own, but the right partners turn a wedge into a moment. Regional pairings first — they were built for each other.

Sparkling wines lift the cultured fat and echo the raspberry fruit; a chilled rosé plays the same fruit-and-cream game.

Fresh berries and a whisper of honey double down on the raspberry; dark chocolate on warm brioche turns it into dessert.

Absolutely loved the cheese store! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Lena helped us — she was very knowledgeable on all the cheeses: where they came from, what the region is like, what they are known for. It was like wine tasting for cheese.
Ordered several cheeses from them and the wrong items were delivered. Contacted the store and they recognized the error and immediately sent the correct order the next day without any fuss. Really appreciate the promptness and professionalism.
