A minimum 26 month-aged cow's milk cheese from Holland, with a luxuriously creamy interior, enveloping the tongue in a velvety embrace. As you chew, the cheese releases a satisfyingly dense and chewy mouthfeel, punctuated by occasional pockets of crystalline crunch.
