Bonaventura Maschio Acquavite d'Uva (375mL) is a premium Italian grape distillate, similar to brandy or eau-de-vie, made by fermenting and distilling whole selected white grapes (like Glera and Riesling) at low temperatures using vacuum distillation to capture fresh fruit, floral, and aromatic notes, resulting in a clear, elegant spirit perfect as a digestif or cocktail base, distinct from grappa which uses pomace (skins). It is often served chilled or at room temperature as a digestif after a meal. It can also be used as an ingredient in cocktails.
