Each box is hand-selected by Dom, curated for what's exceptional this season. Fall is when France eats best. Truffle season opens in the oak forests, the washed-rind cheeses hit their peak in the cool weather, and the whole country sits down to the autumn table. Black truffle butter, a proper Époisses, triple-cream Délice de Bourgogne, French saucisson sec, and the rest of a French fall table, packed cold to your door.

Most boxes ship whatever is in stock. Ours is hand-selected by a team that has been sourcing for Beverly Hills since 1967, with access to producers and rare finds you will not see anywhere else. The same point of view as the shop, used in the world's best kitchens.
