Pojer & Sandri Quince Vinegar from Trentino, Italy, is an estate grown single-fruit vinegar made from 100% quince juice that is fermented and aged in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months. It has a golden color and a bright, aromatic flavor with a sharp but gentle acidity, making it a versatile ingredient for both sweet and savory dishes. It's excellent in salad dressings, especially with mixed greens, nuts, and blue cheese. Good for deglazing pan sauces for scallops, pork roast, and other rich meats or game. Pairs well with both stone and tropical fruits, such as persimmons, peaches, and mangoes. Can be used on salads with fruit, drizzled over vanilla gelato, or used in fruit salads.
