Colimena Peperoncino Gourmet Alto Salento is a premium, spicy chili product (peperoncino) from the Alto Salento region of Puglia, Italy.  It's made with locally caught tuna from the area and is infused with olive oil, and local peppers including Habanero and Guardacielo.  It's great as a dip and even tossed into your favorite pasta!
