Aimo Moroni and Nadia Giuntoli founded the historic Italian restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, in Milan in 1962. They are known for revolutionizing Italian haute cuisine, and is now run by new chefs, Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani, under the continued direction of their daughter, Stefania Moroni.
Handmade, these Marrons Glacés are a traditional confection of whole chestnuts that are slowly candied in a sugar syrup, resulting in a sweet, glazed treat.
