"Bitarelli Fagioli Cannellini Bio" is an Italian product of organic dried cannellini beans produced by the family-run farm, Agricola Bittarelli, located in Castiglione del Lago, Umbria, Italy. The Bittarelli farm specializes in the organic cultivation and sale of legumes, cereals, and other regional products. 

Cannellini beans are a type of white kidney bean, prized in Italian cuisine for their delicate flavor, thin skin, and creamy texture.  They are often used in traditional Italian soups, such as "pasta and beans" (pasta e fagioli), stews, side dishes and in salads, often seasoned with olive oil and herbs.

Dried cannellini beans typically require soaking in water for 8 to 12 hours before cooking.
