Coriander blossom honey is a rare and distinct monofloral honey made from the nectar collected by bees from the flowers of the coriander plant (Coriandrum sativum), also known as cilantro. The honey's flavor is notably different from that of the plant's leaves or seeds and is prized for its unique, complex profile.  The flavor is a complex balance of sweet and savory notes, often described as herbaceous, spicy, and fruity with hints of cardamom, ginger, lime zest, black licorice, gingerbread, or even coconut. It is moderately sweet with an earthy or slightly spicy finish.
