Colimena Ventresca with Yellow Tomato sauce combines premium tuna belly with a delicate sauce made from yellow tomatoes. It is produced by the Colimena company, which specializes in authentic seafood products from the Salento region of Puglia, Italy.  "Ventresca" comes from the Italian word ventre (belly) and refers to the triangular cut of the tuna's belly. It is considered a delicacy and the most prized part of the fish due to its higher fat content, which gives it an exceptionally moist, buttery, and luxurious texture.  The ventresca is packed in a sauce made from pomodorino giallo (yellow tomatoes).
