Here it is made in the old way: the grapes ferment with native yeasts and stay on their skins for about three weeks. That gives the wine its amber-gold color and the “little orange” name. The style is a bright, approachable orange wine, with candied citrus peel, blood orange, dried apricot and wild Mediterranean herbs.
